Advanced Sarva Netrutva Programme ?
It is an Advanced Leadership Programme for only those, who have participated in any batch of Basic Leadership Programme called Sarva Netrutva (SN), conducted by KSV and also worked in the projects identified by themselves on their own will.
All SN participants know that in order to perform in any area of life, they need resourcefulness and they are gifted with the three kind of resources; Physical, Mental & Emotional. And in order to perform at an excellent level, they need the realisation and expression of all these three resources, what is called “potential”.
In classroom-teaching they have learned about these resources at an intellectual level. Unless this learning is supported with experiential learning, it is very difficult to tap the full potential. This programme is an opportunity for experiential learning.
Advance Sarva Netrutva Programme is thus an Opportunity for learning – intellectually as well as experientially – realising and expressing all the three resources (Physical, Mental & Emotional), while performing Adventure, having Fun and living in communion with Nature surrounded by Kullu and Pir-Panjal & Dhauladhar range of mountains of the Himalayas [Base Camp – Manali, Himachal Pradesh].
The activities are identified and designed with an intention to provide learning on several Leadership Masteries; Being, Personal, Interpersonal, Change, Purpose, Balance & Action. In other words, Advance Sarva Netrutva Programme is an Opportunity “to learn” and this learning is for life, not just for an academic endeavour which is a very little part of the entire life.
What Advance Sarva Netrutva Programme is not?
- It is neither just an out-station-picnic-tour nor a normal vacation trip, which usually people think of.
- It is neither a nature-education camp nor a wildlife exposure trip.
Although it involves some of the activities like trekking, rock climbing, rappelling and camping,
It is purely focussed on “Learn while having Fun under the Sun” derived from
multiple adventurous activities.
Where?
The opportunity of learning will be available all the time, as listed below:
Onward travelling from Ahmedabad to Manali.
Camping at Manali and performing adventurous activities like Short
Trekking, Long Trekking, Rock-Rappelling, River Crossing, Exposure to snow etc. at various camps(5000 ft. above MSL)
For Whom?
For those healthy students of KSV, who are keen to learn leadership, who have attended Sarva Netrutva (SN) a basic Leadership Training Program and implemented some projects as decided and declared by themselves during the programme.
Travel & Camping:
Travel Plan: Ahmedabad to Delhi/Pathankot/Chandigarh by Train in Sleeper Class. Delhi to Manali by Bus. Same way while return Journey.
Separate Tents and Toilets for Boys and Girls.
4 persons to 10 persons in each tent, as per the camp locations.
Warm Vegetarian meals will be served at camps and packed lunch during treks.
