• Haresh has over 25 years of experience in the IT and Manufacturing Industries, in India and abroad, working with global MNCs. He has played leadership roles in companies like Sonata Software, Thomson Reuters and SAP.
• Haresh has been speaker at wide variety of organizations/forums/conferences including PMI, HP, Cisco, SAP, GE HealthCare, QuickHeal, Grace Hoppers, B-Schools/Colleges, CII, PSU Meets.

• Haresh has coached, mentored and trained several senior leaders across career levels and geographies. His clientele ranges from Startups to large MNCs/Enterprises, which includes names such as CISCO, SAP, Sonata Software, IBSFINtech, Bwin Party, Regency Group (UAE), Redmart (Singapore), Akash Infra-Projects
• Haresh also serves as an advisor to the Board of several Startups and SMEs. Haresh is an avid trainer with a keen interest in Leadership Training. He is also a visiting faculty for Corporate MS Programs of BITS, Pilani and is working closely with Governments, Universities and numerous startups. He also regular contributor to various UN Online Volunteering Programs

Previous Roles

• Earlier, as a Program Director at SAP, Haresh has led several developmental programs like Lean Leadership Program, Management Development Program, Innovation Platform and Process improvements Program using Six-Sigma, Lean Methodologies etc. He has headed several business functions like Product Validation, Tools Development, Software Assembly, Logistics Services, and ISVs. He has supported over €350 million (₹3000 crores) top line contributions from ISV Solution Extensions.
