Mr. Suresh Prajapati (born 1971) is a graduate in agriculture and post graduate in human resources. He has been working with various government, non-government organizations and corporate companies as a trainer and training consultant. Along with this he has also worked as a researcher in development field and is also involved in writing and documentation.
From the last 27 years, he has been associated with various human transformation programs. From 1994-2001, he worked with prestigious organizations like Indian Institute of Management (IIM-Ahmedabad), Aga Khan Rural Support Program, India (AKRSP-I), MARAG and OXFAM and acquired a wide experience in working at various locations in Gujarat. After 2002, he started working independently in the area of human development. Till today, he has given more than 7000 training programs/workshops / seminars. He has worked with TATA Power, TATA Chemicals, TATA steel, Adani group, Torrent Power, BOSCH, NIRMA chemicals, Fortum solar, DCW Dhrangdhra, ANAR chemicals, Murugappa, GSFC, HITACHI, ARVIND, Jagdamba- Shakti Group, Samarth Group, District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) and many organisations and NGOs like SEWA, Parle Trust, AKRSP-I, Environment Sanitation Institute (ESI), Centre for Environment Education (CEE).
Over and above this, he had been actively working with youngsters for character building workshops. He also organizes workshops on husband wife relationships, positive attitude, interpersonal relationship and leadership. He has interacted with more than 9000 teachers in Gujarat for workshops on ‘Quality of education’. Under the ‘Karmayogi’ campaign of government of Gujarat, he has played a critical role as one of the master trainers.
He has worked in 12 states including Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Odisha, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Bihar, Tamilnadu and Karnataka for life transforming programs. He also contributes to the community good by writing and publishing books on the subject of character building. Till today he has published 41 books in Gujarati, 3 in Hindi and 1 in Odia.
He is supported by his life partner Alka, son Nishith and daughter Srujan. Alka as a volunteer support some activities of NGOS ADARSH AMDAVAD.
