Background:

Haresh has over 20 years’ experience in the IT and Manufacturing Industries, in India and abroad, working with global MNCs. He has played leadership roles in companies like Sonata Software, Thomson Reuters and SAP.

Haresh has been speaker at wide variety of organizations/forums/conferences including PMI, HP, Cisco, SAP, Grace Hoppers, B-Schools/Colleges, CII, PSU Meets.

Coaching Experience:

Since 2012, Haresh has coached, mentored and trained several senior leaders across career levels and geographies. His clientele ranges from Startups to large MNCs/Enterprises, which includes names such as CISCO, SAP, Sonata Software, IBSFINtech, Bwin Party, Regency Group (UAE), Atinus, Akash Infra-Projects.

While at SAP, Haresh coordinated and led Coaching Supervisory Board for Internal Executive Coaches who in turn served large Leadership cohorts.

Other Engagements:

Haresh also serves as an advisor to the Board of several Startups and SMEs. Haresh is an avid trainer with a keen interest in Leadership Training. He is also a visiting faculty for Corporate MS Programs of BITS, Pilani and regular speaker at various forums such as PMI Chapters, CII, B-Schools. He is regular contributor to various United Nations Online Volunteering Programs.

Previous Roles:

Earlier in his role as Program Director at SAP, Haresh has led several developmental programs like Lean Leadership Program, Management Development Program, and Innovation Platform. He has driven many strategic projects for process improvements using disciplined approaches of Six-Sigma, Lean Methodologies etc. He has headed several business functions like Product Validation, Tools Development, Software Assembly, Logistics Services and ISVs. He has supported over €350 million topline contributions from ISV Solution Extensions.
